As the long days of early summer unfold and we move toward the height of the year, you’re invited to step away from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a nourishing pre-Solstice retreat.
Early June sits in a potent seasonal threshold — energy is rising, nature is in full expression, and yet there is still spaciousness before the intensity of high summer. This is a time to attune to your own rhythms, noticing where you’re being called to expand, and where balance and restoration are still needed.
This retreat offers a gentle pause to reconnect with your body, steady your nervous system, and align with the natural world. Through therapeutic yoga, somatic movement, rest practices, and time spent outdoors, we’ll explore the dance between vitality and ease — movement and stillness — effort and nourishment.
Expect outdoor practices in nature, grounding walks, and moments of quiet reflection alongside shared meals, community connection, and unhurried time to simply be. Whether you’re craving clarity, spaciousness, creative renewal, or deep rest, this weekend is an invitation to soften into the season and listen inward.
Set within the rolling landscapes of Peak District National Park, our secluded cottage provides the perfect backdrop to unplug, slow down, and reconnect with the wider rhythms of land, light, and life — just before the turning point of the Summer Solstice.
